The successor of the V15 Pro aka the Vivo V17 Pro is also said to be as good as the predecessor. It is official that the Vivo V17 Pro is launching in India on September 20.

The V17 Pro will come with six cameras in total. Two out of six cameras will sit inside the pop-up camera mechanism on the front, while the rest of the four cameras will be placed on the back panel. The four camera module will be aligned in a vertical fashion on the back panel.

There's still time for the launch but Vivo has already started teasing the upcoming V17 Pro day-in and out. The company has started sharing several camera samples clicked with the V17 Pro and all of them look incredible with great details and spot-on colours. Ahead of the launch the full specs sheet of the Vivo V17 Pro has been revealed.

Vivo V17 Pro specification

--Camera is going to be the key highlight of the Vivo V17 Pro. As said the Vivo V17 Pro will come with six cameras - two on the front and four on the backside. As far as the specs are concerned the Vivo V17 Pro will include 48MP primary camera sensor, secondary camera will use 8MP image sensor, third will be a 2MP sensor while the fourth one will be a 2MP image sensor. As far as the design is concerned the four-camera setup will be aligned in a vertical fashion on the back panel.

The most interesting camera bit about the Vivo V17 Pro is the dual pop-up selfie shooter. Yes, this upcoming Vivo phone will come with two cameras on the front that will sit inside the dual pop-up mechanism. Rumours and leaks suggest that the Vivo V17 Pro will include a 32MP primary sensor on the front and 2MP secondary sensor. We are not sure whether the second front camera will be a wide-angle lens or a depth sensor.

--The Vivo V17 Pro will include an-display fingerprint sensor similar to its predecessor.

--Leaks further suggest that the Vivo V17 Pro will come packed with a 6.59-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. With the presence of the pop-up camera mechanism, it is clear that the Vivo V17 Pro will come with a full-screen display with not notch of punch-hole display.

--On the hardware front the Vivo V17 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor that also runs the predecessor device Vivo V15 Pro. The Snapdragon 675 processor is powerful and hence we can expect the V17 Pro to be a power-house. The Vivo V17 Pro is expected to come paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

--Rumours further suggest that the Vivo V17 Pro will come with a big 4100mAh battery. We expect the phone to also come with fast charging support that was also bundled with the V15 Pro.

--On the software front the Vivo V17 Pro will run on Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie software.

Vivo V17 Pro price in India

As of now, there is no information on the Vivo V17 Pro India price. Most Vivo V-series Pro smartphones in the past have been priced under Rs 30,000 price segment. It is expected that Vivo will follow the same pricing strategy for the upcoming V17 Pro as well. The predecessor Vivo V15 Pro launched in India with a starting price of Rs 28,990.
